In the attached diagram the A measurement is actually the distance from the center of the spring hangers for a single axle trailer. The spring eye to spring eye measurement for your leaf springs will be slightly different.
The B measurement that you see is simply the distance between the center of the axle and trailer frame. I have attached another diagram from the Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs # APS3 product page to help demonstrate this.

Thanks for the pictures! 2" hitches do not all have a 5,000 lbs capacity. The capacity varies by vehicle. That is an old Reese 06497 hitch and the sticker is correct. It does indeed top out at 3,500 lbs. It looks like this hitch came on all of the Tioga's that year because they all have the same listed capacity.
The frame on a 2004 Ford E-450 is right around 39" wide. The Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C13702 you were looking at will fit your Fleetwood Tioga. The hitch... view full answer...
For whatever reason Derale likes to keep that a secret - they say that since coolant will be lost during install they don't have a number. With that being said, we have found that the Class III Series 8000 # D13503 will hold about 5-1/2 to 6 ounces so since the cooler that comes with the Derale Hyper-Cool Remote Engine Cooler Kit w/ Fan # D15660 you're looking at has similar dimensions I'd say you can anticipate about the same. view full answer...

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the exact measurements for you. I contacted Timbren because we don't have the # TUMDF70 in our warehouse.
They did tell me the bolt holes will line up with the frame for their application. So you can compare them to the bolts on the front of your truck you should be able to verify the 3 inches.
The height of the spring itself is 5-1/8 inches so it'll definitely be taller that what you have. The bracket will add maybe another 1/4 inch or so. view full answer...
I spoke with my contact at Curt about trailer hitch # C15445. He said that from the rear most attachment points on the vehicle to the top of the cross tube is 5-1/2 inches.
If this is not a great enough distance to accommodate the step bumper and ramp then I recommend a heavy duty weld-on hitch # 41990-07 with 7 inch brackets or # 41990-16 with 16 inch brackets. Welding should be done by a qualified professional welder. view full answer...
